truly masterful work by Wheddon and the cast The final season of Angel goes out fighting (figuratively and literally!). The manner in which Wheddon blended a mix of totally different plots (i.e. Mexican wrestling, muppets, a U-boat story, just to name a few) and still managed to keep the story flowing is impressive. The performances by every main actor were wonderful to watch. I enjoyed each actor's work so much that it would be unfair to single out one of them. Just as the story incorporates numerous plots, it also gives us last looks at some of our favorite characters from earlier Angel seasons and from Buffy. Fans will appreciate the featurettes as they give a nice look at the actors' perspectives on the show and its filming.
