This video is great ... but there aren't any dance moves. This movie is great, but if you want dance moves get her whole 5 dvd set which includes this as well. Her website has a great deal on the whole set but amazon sells them cheaper singly. This has one large workout and 3 smaller ones on this dvd which is great if you don't have time to do all of them... i really felt it the next day. This is mostly a muscle toning video, but will bring up her heart rate. I was very happy about buying the set.
