WONDERFUL
I am a pilates instructor and also 24 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. I do this workout about 3 days/week in addition to daily pilates. It works all the lower ab muscles and back muscles that need to be strong during pregnancy and labor. I helps me feel better about my changing body and keeps me feeling sexy. I am excited to continue with this for the rest of my pregnancy and afterwards. I tell everyone about it. I look forward to getting Disc 1, but I'm waiting until after I have the baby.
