what's this got to do with stripping? I am truely dispointed in this DVD. This is a plain, ok workout. It has absolutly nothing to do with any kind of dancing. And this is not a Carmen Electra DVD. Michael Carson is the instructor. Carmen is just there, doing the routine. The exercices are ok, especially for someone who is not in great shape, but this DVD will not show you anything that has to do with erotic dancing. This is just a workout.
