For wine lovers and non-wine lovers alike Sideways is one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. Buddy movies are sometimes mindless, but this is more of an "intellectual" buddy movie. For those who have recently been to Wine Country (as I have), it is a must-see, as it makes you just want to go right back to the vineyards of California.
