Funny With A lesson. I think South Park is one of the funniest and important shows on TV today. They break new ground every year and destroy all the taboos while doing it. No subject is left untouched. I have 2 children and we all enjoy it. I always tell people if you watch with a closed mind you will just hear swearing. If you open up and REALLY watch and listen you will see and hear some of the funniest bits going, all ending with a real message about ourselves,our beliefs,our sexuality and our society in general. Just listen to the message from the S*it episode for instance. Stop sheltering your children,it's 2005, watch together, explain the situations and the outcome. Use it as a teaching tool. Explain how those words or actions are used by some people but there are times and situations when it is not correct. You'll be doing things together, learning and having a great time doing it.
