People should already know this!
I gave this film three stars because although I feel it was put together nicely and was entertaining at the same time, it wasn't exactly a scientific experiment. Every person has a different body and reacts differently to different types of food. Granted,... more

Every American needs to see this Film!
Okay, I've read the reviews here and a lot of people are saying. "Come on 3x a day! No one does that!" Well, watch the end of the film. He does mention that although his experiment was excessive, there are 'some' people out there that do eat McDonalds... more

If you've ever eaten at McDonald's, you NEED to see this!
This is a great documentary by independent filmmaker Morgan Spurlock that takes a look at the dark side of the fast food industry. Spurlock, a 30-something-year-old guy in EXCELLENT health, decides to conduct an experiment and see what will happen if... more

I'm Loving it
This is one of the best Documentaries I've seen besides Bowling for Columibine, And Farahite 9/11. What Morlon Spurlock shows in this movie makes me not want to eat at Mcdonalds. Great film Morlon.

No popcorn with this flick...
The concept behind this film is pretty familiar by now. Spurlock eats only McDonald's food for 30 days straight and documents the effects on his body. He innuendates that his experiment mimics what fast food would eventually do to your body if you ate... more

Sorry if the truth hurts.
This is a VERY important documentary and one that EVERY American needs to see! Enough said.

Everyone Should Watch This!
Everyone I know who watches this immediately goes on a healthy diet and exercise regimen. It's not exactly inspiring; it's alarming. The film is funny and informative, and I heartily recommend it, particularly if you've been putting off that diet.more

I Am So Grossed Out!
As a lacto-ovo vegetarian for almost two years, watching the scenes of Morgan Spurlock over-eating McDonald's is scarier than watching Linda blair in The Exorcist! I had to cover my mouth with my hand and I literally got the shivers happening throughout... more

debilitating
Interesting take on McDonald's and the fast food industry. While not exactly a scientific study, the writer, director and star, Morgan Spurlock eats McDonald's every day for every meal for a month and suffers some nearly debilitating consequences. His... more

Entertaining..... but moronic.
McDonald's... 3 times a day.... for 30 days.

Hmmkay.

How about completely Organic Mushrooms grown in a sterile organic enviorment.... 3 times a day for 30 days.

No wait.

Nothing but distilled water and... more

im never going to eat mcdonalds again......
Any idiot knows too much junk food will make you fat. But a movie trying to prove such a point by having a guy eat nothing but McDonald's (three times a day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.....I can't name two people I know who even eat three meals a... more

This Movie Is Sometimes Funny But Mostly Terrifying
This documentary on eating fast food, going to McDonalds and being obese is terrifying to watch especially for the unlucky viewer that is, in fact, overweight. This movie is very well produced and is honest about the terrible harm that is done by eating... more

The Michael Moore of the Food Industry
Mcdonald's is one of the biggest corporations in the world today. They have served billons and billons of people over all of the world, and They claim they have good food, but Morgan Spurlock doesn't think so. He cites a trail with two girls that placed... more

Interesting but long
Morgan Spurlock embarked on a fascinating project: to personally test the effects of a steady diet of fast food. For a month, he had a steady diet for all three daily meals, of MacDonalds fast foods. He started out fit and healthy but as time wore on,... more

Funny
It should be obvious that a fast food diet is bad for you. Here the main character goes all out step by step showing just how bad it is. He starts with a complete physical and then returns to the doctors periodically to get benchmarked. We see how bad... more

Who knew?
30 days of nothing but McDonald's food sounds like a lark & perhaps a little foolish. Morgan Spurlick surmised that he would need more to make a movie & filled out his dvd with plenty of extra footage. By the 20th day of nothing but Micky D's food,... more

with a few reservations
I thoroughly enjoyed this movie, especially having seen it for the first time outside of the US. I was in Europe at the time, and the people in the theater literally gasped when they showed the huge drink sizes they have in the US. For me, this is normal.... more

Good cause, bad film
The film has a good point: fast food is mostly fat, salt and sugar laden crap. For most of us, eating it habitually will make us fat, sick and depressed. In addition, McDonald's uses child-directed marketing to promote its mass-produced, low quality... more

Every American sould see this!!!!
Ok the movie has a few flaws. But the point is well taken. I really don't know why the youth of America should be concerned about the future of social security. They simply are not going to live long enough to take any advantage of social security. The... more
