The L word is aTrue view into a Lesbains Life and Heart I have seen A lot of Lesbain movies and shows, but I have had my breathe taken away with this series. There are times when I cried because I could so relate to what was going on in the story. This is a real break thru for the lesbain community. Before The L word came a long I would watch Queer as folk but that show mainly told stories of gay men. Irene C. has truly take lesbains out of the dark and into the real world with every day issues that lesbains face! Great show and wonderful acting by all the cast.
