Additional features This DVD set offers you all that Lord of the Rings currently has to offer. If you've been waiting to purchase in an effort to save a little more, now is the time to buy. Much of the commentary is both interesting and entertaining. Some of the actors are amazingly comedic at times. I highly recommend the extended versions. The musical score was modified and meshs well. The extra scenes also illuminate the world of Middle Earth and characterize the characters well. They were not needed for the movie, but make the characters seem more realistic.
